PinSpot AI is a business tool for venue owners and managers. After a venue owner verifies their business and opts in, they can text updates about their venue — hours, menu items, events, and specials — to PinSpot AI, and receive automated confirmations and account messages in reply. This is a business-management conversation between PinSpot AI and the venue's verified owner; it is not a consumer marketing list.
Opt-in happens only inside the venue claim flow, after account creation. The owner enters their mobile number, checks a consent box, confirms they are 21 or older, and verifies the number with a one-time code. The consent language shown at the point of collection is:
“I agree to receive recurring account and venue-management text messages from PinSpot AI (a service of 13TEN4 Ventures Inc.) at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.”
Message frequency varies with how often the owner texts updates — typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply according to the owner's mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out; one final confirmation message will be sent and no further messages will follow. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@pinspot.ai, for support. Reply START to re-subscribe.
